A former educator and scientist who started an independent consulting business in
the Environmental Industry after working at Texas A&M & Rice University. An
entrepreneur at heart Siva acquired several of his competitors and eventually sold
his business to a publicly traded company.

After exploring his next business venture, Siva decided to apply his business building and sales experience to commercial real estate businesses. He’s been active in the Texas commercial real estate market since 2008. He currently owns multiple commercial real estate business with associated partners. Siva’s company also manages multiple real estate businesses and several single family homes. His team is staffed with all the necessary experts to take a commercial real estate business from analysis to exit sale.
